24-hour confidential support, safety planning, and shelter referrals.

Domestic Violence Action Center

Legal advocacy, helpline, and safe shelter coordination on Oʻahu.

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm HST.

Sex Abuse Treatment Center (Kapiʻolani)

24-hour crisis support and medical advocacy for sexual assault survivors.

24 hours / 7 days. Oʻahu and neighbor islands.

You do not have to make a police report or file in court to talk with these advocates. They are confidential and free.
